Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits

At Serendipity Boutique & Giftware we understand that you are buying a product based on an image, therefore, we are happy to exchange or offer a store credit for items within 14 days of purchase.

If 14 days have passed since you have made payment of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange.

*PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges for the same item in an alternative size or style will only be offered on the grounds that we have the desired stock available.  If we do not have the desired item in stock then you will be offered a store credit or you may choose from another available item that is in stock at the time.

To be eligible for a return, each item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Returns that are not in their original condition and are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on earrings.

In order to issue a store credit or exchange, we must first receive your returned items.

Refunds will not be given for items paid for, but not collected.

If an exchange or store credit is required please send an email to info@serendipityboutique.com.au to request the return information. 

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it please be aware that an identical replacement is not guaranteed. In this case, you will receive the option of a store credit or an exchange to another item at equal value.

Shipping

Return of any item/s will be at the expense of the customer, except in the case where the item is faulty or if the wrong item was sent. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FAULTY RETURNS:

We quality control all our products before they are sent out to you to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.  However, if you believe your garment has a fault please phone or email our customer service team at info@serendipityboutique.com.au within 14 days of purchasing/placing your order.  Wear and tear and items that have been soiled, washed or drycleaned are not eligible to be covered by our faulty policy.  We will decide whether to replace, repair or refund dependent on each individual case.
